From recording to readable text
Transcription produces a written version of a recording. The desired level of detail, speaker identification and timestamps should be agreed before work begins.
Recording quality and delivery
Audio clarity, overlapping speech, background noise and terminology affect the work. A sample helps us assess the recording. Translation into another language is quoted separately where required.
Our approach to transcription
We assess the recording type, sound quality, duration and number of speakers before starting. The transcript can be prepared verbatim or as an edited text, with speaker labels and timestamps agreed at the quotation stage. Recordings and transcripts are handled confidentially.
